UK is an English Language & Literature academy for students in Grades 6 to 11 — where careful teaching, real practice and personal mentorship turn hesitant learners into confident speakers, writers and performers.

01 Who we are

More than a classroom.

Founded in 1994 by U.K. Mabula, UK has spent more than thirty years helping young students fall in love with the English language and its literature. What began as a single classroom is today a community of over five hundred learners.

Our programmes span Language, Spoken English and Literature — taught through debate, speeches, dialogue and drama. Students here don't just study English; they stand up and use it.
